How do I sign my child up for the ‘PARK pods’ program?

What age range is this program ideal for?
Champ Camp’s Park Pods Program offers is best suited for elementary school kids (Grades Tk-5).
When and WHERE DO DROP-OFF AND PICK-UP TAKE PLACE?
Most kiddos attending this program are students at Playa Vista Elementary SChool. For these students, Champ Camp Staff picks them up from campus at dismissal (1:38 PM TUES & 2:38 PM THURS) and walks them the short distance to Crescent Park South. THEN, our program takes place from AT THE PARK FROM EITHER 2-3 pm OR 3-4 PM, DEPENDING ON THE DAY. Parents pick up directly from the park and can feel free to sign up for either one or both days!
If your child does not attend PVES, then you simply drop them off at the park at 2pm or 3pm (depending on the day), and pick them up at the conclusion of the program. [6001 Crescent Park E, Playa Vista, 90094]
How long is each meeting?
Park Pods meets after school for one hour, either once or twice per week! For PVES students, Champ Camp staff picks them up at dismissal and walks them to the park, where all the fun ensues.
What activities does this program offer?
Hmm, where do we begin? Park Pods activities include various group games like dodgeball, sharks & Minnows, field sports like soccer and basketball, obstacle course creation, and even the occasional arts & crafts option. In addition to pre-planned activities, we also give our kids the chance to help decide the day’s itinerary!
What happens if My kid has to miss a day or it gets rained out?
No worries— You’ll receive a pro-rated credit for any missed days, which you can apply to future Champ Camp enrollments! Please just shoot us an email if something pops up so that we can make it happen :)
